1. Support Item

Digital Marketplace Promotion Support

Per marketplace for 3 years – Must not exceed 20% of sales generated through digital advertising

Purpose

Increasing the visibility of Turkish products and brands in foreign marketplaces, supporting sales conversion through digital advertising activities and ensuring sustainable market positioning.

  • Cost Per Click (CPC)
  • Display Advertising
  • Digital promotion services offered by marketplaces

2. Support Item

Order Fulfillment Service Support

Per country for 3 years – Must not exceed 10% of total e-commerce sales in the relevant country

Purpose

Strengthening e-export operations by enabling rapid delivery of overseas orders, effective management of return processes and increasing customer satisfaction.

  • Order preparation / packaging
  • Cargo dispatch and micro distribution processes
  • Operations and inventory management services

3. Support Item

Online Store and Services from Target Country E-Commerce Stakeholders Support

Per country for up to 3 years

Purpose

Supporting the opening of online stores in target countries and e-commerce stakeholder services that must be obtained for market entry.

4. Support Item

Marketplace Commission Expense Support

Up to 3 years

Purpose

Encouraging the listing of Turkish products on foreign marketplaces operating in target countries and reducing market entry costs.

E-Export Promotion Support

Per country for 3 years

Purpose

Supporting the promotion of Turkish brands and products on foreign digital channels through digital marketing activities other than digital marketplace promotion.

6. Support Item

Market Entry Report Support

Purpose

Supporting strategy, analysis and database studies for foreign e-commerce markets.

Support Rate: 50%

7. Support Item

Overseas Marketplace Integration Support

Per marketplace for 3 years – Up to 6 marketplaces – 200.000 TL per integration

Purpose

Strengthening digital operational alignment by enabling the technical integration of product, price and inventory information into overseas marketplaces.

Support Rate: 50%

Beneficiaries / Annual Upper Limits

Target Countries

For target countries determined under the Decision on E-Export Supports No. 5986;

a +20 points supplement is added to the support rate for expenditures within this scope.

Accordingly, the standard 50% support rate for these supports may be applied at up to 70% in target countries.
