Definition

What is Company Beneficiary Status?

Company status beneficiaries are companies specified in Article 124 of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, and cooperatives and unions engaged in commercial and/or industrial activities under the provisions of the Cooperatives Law No. 1163 and the Law on Agricultural Sales Cooperatives and Unions No. 4572.

Under the Decision, companies may be subject to tiering by the General Directorate for purposes of e-export preparation, transition to e-export, and increasing existing e-export capacity. Supports are applied according to companies' tiers and export performance.

Companies applying for support shall submit the EK-Company Application Form to the examining organization prior to their first support application or simultaneously with the pre-approval application.

Companies are included in the support scope when they manufacture, sell or procure from suppliers their own brands, brands of organically linked companies, or Turkish products of these brands.

Application Conditions

Established in Turkey

The company must be established in Turkey and registered in the trade registry.

E-Export Activity

Must be actively conducting or planning to conduct e-export activity.

Brand and Product Competency

Products applied for support must belong to the company's own brand or brands of organically linked companies, or Turkish products of these brands must be procured in an authorized manner.

Tiering Basis

Companies may be subject to tiering by the General Directorate according to their e-export performance and business models. Support upper limits are applied according to the company's tier.
