The company's place of business must be in Turkey.

Must be a capital company with paid-in capital exceeding 5,000,000 TL.

Must have conducted at least 100 transactions within the scope of BGB or GB declared as e-commerce in the previous calendar year or current year.

Commercial records must be kept regularly and traceably; there must be no final or overdue tax, social security premium or customs penalty debt.

The company must have ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification. If the company has an e-commerce site; minimum security requirements must be documented with trust seal or internationally valid infrastructure provider certificates.

Product listing, order tracking and operational integration must be completed in at least 2 international marketplaces. Active bank accounts must exist in countries where integration is provided or digital wallet/digital payment systems accepted by the relevant marketplaces must be available.

A warehouse with at least 1,000 m² gross area domestically, location-based warehouse management system and e-commerce suitable operational infrastructure must exist or this service must be provided by contract. International logistics processes must be conducted by the company or obtained by contract.

At least 5 staff experienced in international marketplace account management, digital marketing and e-commerce must be employed. At least 3 specialist staff must be in the digital marketing department; these staff must be certified in the relevant fields or have at least 3 years of experience.
