E-Export Support Process

The entire process from support application to receiving payment consists of 6 main stages.

Coverage Application

Initial Stage

Companies submit coverage applications to the examining institution, while other beneficiaries apply to the E-Export Secretariat.

Coverage Acceptance

Approval Stage

After necessary reviews, companies are covered by the examining institution, and other beneficiaries by the General Directorate.

Support Pre-Approval Application

Pre-Approval Required

Beneficiaries submit pre-approval applications for relevant supports to the examining institution.

Activity Commencement

Implementation Stage

Activities begin after pre-approval. All expenditures are documented and reported.

Support Payment Application

Payment Request

Beneficiaries submit support payment applications for relevant supports to the examining institution.

Receiving Payment

Completed ✓

The payment file is reviewed and entitlement is calculated. The approved amount is transferred to the beneficiary's account.

The beneficiary submits the "E-Export Evaluation Declaration" for supports utilized under the Circular in each calendar year to the E-Export Secretariat or to the examining institution for transmission to the E-Export Secretariat by the first business day of April of the following year.

Which institution should I apply to for support?

Companies submit coverage applications to the examining institution, while retail e-commerce sites, marketplaces and B2B platforms apply to the E-Export Secretariat.

Can I make expenditures before receiving pre-approval?

No, expenditures made without pre-approval are not evaluated within the scope of support. A pre-approval application must be submitted before any expenditure.

When should the E-Export Evaluation Declaration be submitted?

The declaration for supports utilized in each calendar year must be submitted by the first business day of April of the following year.

What is the support duration?
