E-export support status for business-to-business digital trade platforms.
What is B2B Platform Status?
B2B platform status is the beneficiary status granted to digital platforms that contribute to the international expansion of companies established in Turkey and provide business networking and order-taking services within the scope of business-to-business e-commerce.
Applications are made to the E-Export Secretariat with the EK-B2B Platform Application Form and attached information/documents. Applications deemed suitable following Secretariat review are included in the support scope with General Directorate approval.
Application Conditions
Place of Business in Turkey
The company with economic unity must have its place of business in Turkey.
Activity Duration
Must have been operational in the last two calendar years as of the application date.
Security and Infrastructure
The platform must demonstrate that it meets minimum security requirements; through trust seal, internationally valid certificate or documents from an international e-commerce infrastructure service provider showing that the services specified in the application form have been received.
B2B Order Model
The platform must offer order-taking capability within the scope of business-to-business e-commerce.
Technical Infrastructure and Accessibility
Platform infrastructure must work seamlessly in online browsers, links on the platform must be active, and the platform must be at least 99% accessible. The infrastructure must be capable of handling high visitor traffic.
Member and Scale Criterion
The platform's total active member count must be at least 500. Global ranking must be below 400,000.
Search and Filter Infrastructure
The platform must have product or company search filter functionality.
Content Transparency
Paid member companies' trade name, contact and activity information, as well as product catalog and content information, must be available on the platform.
Search Engine Indexing Criterion
Queries in "site:sitename" format in search engines must return at least 125,000 results. If e-commerce service content is on a subdomain, the search is evaluated over the relevant subdomain.
